Fall Ball

SVLL offers Fall Ball to players that have played AA or higher. Fall Ball gets underway in early September and runs through October. Teams typically play games against other leagues on Sundays and have 1-2 optional practices during the week.

The Fall Ball season is instructional in nature with emphasis on developing fundamentals and playing a variety of positions. Many of our Fall Ball players participate in other sports at the same time (soccer, football, etc.).

We will have two divisions of play this year, one for players league age 10-12, and one for players league age 8-10. Age 10 players may select which division to play in according to the desired level of competitiveness. To determine your child's league age and corresponding division for registration, reference the age / division level table.

For more information on the Fall Ball season or to volunteer to help coordinate Fall Ball, please contact us at [email protected]. The league needs several volunteers – managers and coaches, primarily -- to help make this program a success.

SVLL is dependent on parent volunteers! There is always a need for volunteers to assist with field prep, umpiring, score keeping, dugout cleanup, etc. All of these jobs are necessary to run a successful season and managers cannot do it alone. Please jump in and take an active role in your child's season!
