Farm League

Information

Snoqualmie Valley Little League - Farm League

Snoqualmie Valley Little League offers two levels of the Farm League Divisions for its youngest players. Level placement is based on age and can be changed to accommodate a player's ability and comfort level.  All Farm League teams are co-ed.  The Farm League season begins in mid-April and runs through mid-June.

The primary goals of the Farm League Division are to provide a solid foundation in fundamentals and most of all to have fun. In order to achieve this goal, we are in need of enthusiastic coaches and volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering, please register under coaches/managers on the registration page. Upon registration please note the age group you wish to coach and your child's name.

League Age

Little League uses what is called "league age" to determine a player's recommended division and level. Their school grade or other factors are not considered when placing players in the recommended division. **Please note, there are different league age charts for boys and girls.

You can verify "League Age" by using the Little League Age Calculator:

Farm League Division Levels

Tee Ball is the introductory level for boys and girls playing Little League for the first time and is designed for kids that are league age 5. Tee Ball games last two innings (approximately 45 minutes). All players bat each inning and all kids play on defense. There are no outs in Tee Ball and no score is kept.

Single-A is the level after Tee Ball and is for boys and girls that are league ages 6 and 7. Single-A is a coach pitch level and players can strikeout. Every player bats each inning and up to 10 players can play on defense. Games are six innings in length or a maximum of 1 hour and 45 minutes. No score is kept at the Single-A level.
