Winter Training Program

Brad Peterson Baseball Academy is excited to offer its Winter Training Program.

These 4 week sessions allow players to train for 1 1/2 hours once per week in small groups of 4-6 players, receiving tremendous instruction in hitting, pitching/throwing and fielding.

Hitting sessions will cover having a balanced stance and swing, how to hit pitches on the outside corner and inside corner of the plate and improving power significantly.

We also have a mental dynamics package that works on confidence, relaxation and aggressiveness at the plate.

Pitching/throwing sessions will cover how to throw the ball harder with more accuracy and control, this is extremely important for all pitchers! Pitchers are guaranteed to improve 5-10 mph on their fastball. Players will also be instructed on how to throw an effective change-up.

Fielding: We will cover the most effective techniques to field the ball including hand placement to maximize efficiency, safety and confidence, and foot work. Players will be taught the 5 flips used to turn double plays, how to catch short hops and throwing with accuracy.

Player to instructor ratio is 6-1
