Per SVLL Articles of Incorporation and By Laws, Members are defined as.

- Managers

- Coaches

- Assistant Coaches

- Adult Umpires

- Team (Mom and Dad)

All the above must have background volunteer forms completed and

must be issued a "SVLL 2009 Membership" card to be eligible to work

with any and all youth players during SVLL Practices, Games.
